Download and install the VIP application. 2. Create the contractor accounts. (on the VIP website there is a link to videos the first video listed is a tutorial on setting up the account) 3. You can then add the job and request inspections (on the VIP website there is a link to videos the second video listed is a tutorial on job creation) When on the jurisdiction choice select Hernando County.
