Submit the needed documents with the permit request paperwork. 4. Do not separate any of the forms when submitting, make sure the PDFs contain the same documents as when they were downloaded. Submit the Notice to Business Official, Duly Authorized Rep, Qualifications Statement, ICI Resumes, and Contact Reference Form any plans and affidavits and then upload it to the Accela system. If you are going to use us for Plans Reviews please email your request to plans@ici.work ** 24 hour notice Instructions** Prior to performing any required inspections, serve notice to the Building Official by scheduling an inspection in the Accela system no later than 2:00 PM on the preceding day Also send an email to inspections@ici.work by 5pm the day prior to any inspection.
