Only download one of the NTBOs, there is a specific one for BTR permits, all other permits type use the other NTBO. 2. The Project Submission is basically a checklist of that is needed, there is no need to submit that with your paperwork. 3. On the Notice to Building Official fill out and notarize the Notice. Submit the needed documents with the permit request paperwork. 4. Do not separate any of the forms when submitting, make sure the PDFs contain the same documents as when they were downloaded. Submit the Notice to Business Official, Duly Authorized Rep, Qualifications Statement, ICI Resumes, and Contact Reference Form any plans and affidavits and then upload it to the Accela system.
