Permitting Process...

**** IMPORTANT... In the Accela system you have to add us as a delegate to your account, the email address that needs to be entered is inspections@ici.work ****

**The Reroofing Affidavit is required for every roofing permit. Fill it out and upload it to Accela after the permit has been setup**

1. Download the file(s) at the bottom of this page.

2. Fill out the Notice to Building Official, and notarize it submit with the permit request paperwork.

3. Upload the Certificate of Insurance, Qualifications Statement, ICI Resumes, and Duly Authorized Rep documents at the bottom of this page, any plans and affidavits with the permit request paperwork.
