We are registered as a private provider in the City of Clearwater. Please follow the below instructions.

Permitting Process...

1. Download the file(s) at the bottom of this page. (The Private Provider Job Site Form is only needed if we are doing the Plans Review)

2. Fill out the Notice to Building Official and notarize it. Fill out the Subcontractor Job Registration Form. Submit both with the permit request paperwork.

3. Fill out the Owner Acknowledgement, have this signed by the owner and notarize it, then submit with the permit request paperwork.

4. Upload the Certificate of Insurance, Qualifications Statement documents at the bottom of this page, any plans and affidavits with the permit request paperwork.

Plans Review...

If you are going to use us for Plans Reviews please fill out the Private Provider Job Site Form and submit it to the juisdiction. Then email your request to inspections@ici.work

** 24 hour notice Instructions**

You will need to login to the Accella system for Clearwater with the link below:

https://www.myclearwater.com/Business-Development/Permits-and-Inspections/Schedule-or-Cancel-an-Inspection

Use the Login to EPermit button to get started.

24-hour notice is also required to be sent to us for all inspections. Send an email to inspections@ici.work 4pm the day prior to any inspection. Be sure to have the permit # and jurisdiction in the Header and the date, inspection type details and inspection code of the expected inspection in the body. Please call 888-820-1180 for any questions.
