Permitting Process...

1. Download the file(s) at the bottom of this page.

2. Download the Accela Instructions document and follow the directions, and use BLD-LIC-25-00097 as the Private Provider ID.

3. Fill out the Notice to Building Official and notarize it, submit with the permit request paperwork.

4. Upload the Certificate of Insurance, Qualifications Statement, ICI Resumes, and Duly Authorized Rep documents at the bottom of this page, any plans and affidavits with the permit request paperwork.
